Lansing Christian School is currently seeking additional bus drivers to drive a morning run to Brighton, sporting events and on field trips. Each driver must possess a commercial driver’s license with a passenger (P) endorsement and a school bus (S) endorsement from the Secretary of State. They must also have attended a beginning bus drivers training course thru the Department of Education (the school can help set this up) and possess the yellow card showing that their certification is current. Drivers are also required to have an annual commercial driver’s physical with a card that is current. Driver’s schedules are flexible based on the School’s needs and the driver’s preference. Pay rate begins at $8.00 an hour and is based on experience. All employees of Lansing Christian School are fingerprinted and background checks are performed. 8th Grade Girls Volleyball
The 8th grade girls volleyball coach will be responsible for up to four events per week including practices and games. During the season, there will be about 12 matches and one Saturday tournament. The coach will work closely with the other middle school coach and the high school coaches to develop the program. The season begins during the week of September 3 and runs through the third week of October. The coaching salary will be determined based on years of coaching experience.

Personal qualifications:The coach must be a committed Christian and be willing to sign the Lansing Christian School Statement of Faith, a commitment to the Christian faith which is central to the core values of the school.

Middle School Track
The middle school track coach will be responsible for up to four events per week including practices and meets. During the season, there will be 4 meets and two tournaments. The coach will work closely with the high school coach to develop the program. The season begins during the week of April 15 and runs through the May 16. The coaching salary will be determined based on years of coaching experience.

Lansing Christian School is seeking applicants for substitute teachers for all grade levels (preschool-12th grade). Applicants should have a bachelors degree. Education background is preferred but not necessary.
