| Overview: The Principal is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the best possible educational program given the Lansing Christian School vision and mission. Supervises: The Principal supervises Elementary School teachers, elementary school office staff, and Learning Center staff. Reports to: The Superintendent of Lansing Christian School Personal qualifications: The candidate we seek is a self-starter who can both plan and manage, while being involved in the details of operations. He or she easily, eagerly, and effectively assumes the role of instructional leader and demonstrates teambuilding skills. The candidate posses strong communication skills and relates well to colleagues, students, parents, and the broader school family. | Overview: The Development Administrative Assistant provides operational and administrative support for the development activities of Lansing Christian School and the LCS Foundation. The range of duties includes general office, secretarial, fiscal, and support activities. Reports to: Director of Development Personal and professional qualifications: The candidate we seek is an experienced self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and has a high attention to detail. A willingness to learn, exceptional computer skills, and strong interpersonal skills are a must. Confidentiality and discretion are also important.
