What grades does LCS include?
Preschool -12th grade all on one campus. 

How many students attend LCS?
Just over 600 students are enrolled at LCS. There are 40-50 students in each grade and 20-25 students in each class.

What curriculum does LCS use?
LCS uses curriculum from a variety of sources. While many of our textbooks do come from secular publishers, all classes are taught from a Biblical worldview perspective. For more information, check out our Curriculum page. 

Do LCS graduates attend college?
Yes. In fact, LCS graduates have been accepted to colleges such as: Harvard University, Wheaton College, Fuller Theological Seminary, Princeton University, Michigan State University, and University of Michigan.

Is LCS affiliated with a specific church or denomination?
No. LCS is an independent school that accepts applications from students from a wide range of churches and denominations. 

Is LCS accredited?
Yes, by the North Central Association and the Michigan Association of Non-Public Schools.

What is the cost to attend LCS?
Tuition varies from $840 for preschool and $6,995 for high school. We offer multi-child discounts, pastor discounts, the T.R.I.P. program, and a variety of payment options to assist with the payment of tuition. For more information, visit our Tuition page.

Does LCS offer financial aide?
Yes. In the 2007-08 school year alone, nearly one in five families received tuition scholarships and almost 90% of the families who qualified accepted a $1,300/child multi-child grant.. There are emergency scholarships available for families who are in immediate need of assistance for circumstances like the loss of a job, medical emergency, or the loss of a spouse. Does LCS offer a variety of sports?
LCS participates in MHSAA Division D athletics. The growing list of competitive sports programs available to students includes basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, tennis, hockey, cheerleading, softball, track and field, baseball, and golf. For more information, visit our athletics page

What about fine arts?
Students have the opportunity to be involved in drama productions, art classes, choir and band classes and competitions, worship leading, and a variety of concerts. Check out our Fine Arts page for more information.

Does LCS provide day and after-school care?
Yes. Between the "Little Pilgrims" daycare and "Junior Pilgrims" after school care programs, children can receive care from 7:30am-6:00pm on school days. Click here for more information on both programs.
