Families who would like to apply to LCS should:
Complete all application items
- Family Application (one per family)
- Student Application (one per applicant)
- Student Questionnaire (7th -12th grade applicants)
- Request for Records (Kindergarten-12th grade applicants)
- Pastor’s Recommendation (one per family)
- Teacher’s Recommendation (one for each applicant who has attended school)
- Copy of the most recent report card
- Copy of most recent standardized test scores
- Copy of any educational, psychological, or behavioral testing completed within the last three years
- $50 application fee (per applicant)
After all of the above materials are received, the Elementary of Secondary office will arrange a family interview with the Principal and academic placement testing.
Interview with Administrator and completion of any necessary academic placement testing
The Principal will then review the application file and placement test results and inform the parents of the admissions status.
Complete and return enrollment forms
Upon acceptance families will receive registration forms. Registration forms must be returned within 3 weeks of acceptance with the $150 registration fee. All enrollments forms received after the 3 weeks must pay a $250 late registration fee.
