I have attended LCS for what will now be my second year. Overall, I feel like LCS is a huge family striving daily to grow to be more Christ-like. The students here were immediately welcoming, and are just fun to be around! The teachers have shown that they care about my academic growth as well as my spiritual growth. God has blessed me with a great environment at Lansing Christian.

I have had the privilege of teaching at LCS for 25 years. I call it a privilege because God has blessed me in so many ways here. First of all, I have had the joy of teaching Bible and seeing God's Word impact scores of students through the years. That has been a great encouragement to me. Second, I have had the chance to interact with so many wonderful students and their families. LCS has been a great big family for me, my wife and children. Third, it has been a wonderful experience teaching with many talented and godly colleagues. I have been supported, challenged, and changed in many ways. The teachers, administrators, and staff at LCS have had a significant impact on my life. Finally, I have seen the faithfulness of God here at LCS. He has supplied my needs, encouraged me, and transformed me through many wonderful people. I thank God for my 25 years at LCS.

Before accepting a new job in Michigan, we went online to see if we could find a reputable Christian school. We knew that if we could not find one, we could not accept the job offer. Lansing Christian School appeared on our screen, and after reading the information that was sent, touring the building, and asking many questions we were felt confident about our school of choice for our elementary son. Just four days before school started, we moved to Lansing and enrolled our son at Lansing Christian School. We desired a school we could partner with that had spiritual content, high academic standards, and a family atmosphere; we found these key principles and more at LCS!
LCS Alumnus and Parent
As an LCS alumnus, I remember the apprehension of transferring schools in 6th grade and enrolling at LCS. However, because of the small class size, dedicated teachers, and many extra-curricular activities available to me it didn't take long to thrive at Lansing Christian. I now have three children at LCS and watching them learn and grow it feels as if I have come full circle. The community in which my parents so enjoyed being a part of with me and my three siblings, my husband and I now share with our three children. Our community is truly blessed with such a great institution.
