Homecoming 2012

Come join us at the Girls' and Boys' Varsity games, starting with the girls at 5:30. We are extending a special invitation to all former basketball players and coaches.
Schedule of Events:
- 5:30 Varsity girls' game
- 7:25 Alumni joins choir in singing the National Anthem
- 7:30 Varsity boys' game
- 8:15 Presentation of alumni awards and introduction of coaches at half time
- 9:00 Ice Cream Social and gathering of alumni, especially former basketball players and coaches.
Distinguished Alumni Award
Lansing Christian School established the Distinguished Alumni Award last year in honor of our 60th anniversary. The purpose of the annual Distinguished Alumni Award is to recognize an outstanding alumnus for individual achievements, contributions to industry or profession, service to community and demonstrated loyalty to Lansing Christian School. Our first recipient was Cathy Bowden Bytwerk, who was honored at the 2011 Homecoming.

Reunions
Class of 1991 - Saturday, May 28, 2011.
11 class members were able to attend, and had a great time catching up on what was happening in each other's lives. 
All-Alumni Reunion - Saturday, June 19, 2010.
30 alumni were able to attend, and with their families and LCS staff members, the total came to 70 people. 
We had a great time and look forward to doing this again every year. Pictured are the alumni from the 1970s which were the largest group. Click here for more photos.
Class of 1975 - Friday July 23, 2010. The Class of 1975 had their 35th year reunion with dinner at PF Chang’s in the East Towne Center in Lansing, and then continued their evening at the school building.
10 out of 18 graduates attended. Including their spouses and teacher Roberta Peterson, there were 19 people total.
Class of 1980 - Saturday, August 7, 2010. The Class of 1980 had their 30th year reunion with a family cookout for lunch at LCS, and dinner for the adults at Coral Cables.
