How do students benefit from the integration of faith & learning in your classroom?

I share my own personal experiences with the students to relate to them and encourage them.

How do you equip students for the future?

I teach them math, but also life skills such as problem solving, perseverance, critical thinking, etc.

What is a unique experience, talent or interest that you bring to your classroom to help shape the learning experience of your students?

I am interested in bringing in real-life situations to the math I am teaching. For example, I talk about going grocery shopping or travelling and how I use mathematics in those situations. Or I take a situation like that and turn it into a problem for the students to solve.

What sets LCS students apart from other students?

They love each other and want to grow both academically and spiritually in school.

What do you love most about LCS?

We are a small close-knit community that strives to prepare students for a future that is built on God.
