Procedures for Fundraisers and Events
These procedures apply to all fundraisers and events conducted by any grade, class, or group at Lansing Christian School. All fundraisers and events must have prior approval from the Head of School.
At least two weeks BEFORE the fundraiser or event, complete the Request for Fundraiser Activity or Event Form.
Submit the Request to Wendy Hofman email@example.com in the Main Office for administrative approval. Approval will be based on multiple factors such as the need for additional funds, the nature of the fundraiser, the proposed dates, fundraisers with prior approval and school resources required.
Following the fundraiser or event, the Fundraising Report must be completed and submitted to the Business Office in order for the proper account to be credited.
Note: Cash must be deposited regularly, at least weekly, to the Business Office using LCS deposit envelopes available in all offices.
