Your Visit Options
Prospective students are invited to an ultimate shadow day at LCS where they will meet current students, teachers, and experience what sets LCS apart. During their visit, they will join Chapel, visit the HS, have Q&A time with current HS students, enjoy lunch, and receive LCS swag.
During this open house, parents will learn about our rigorous curriculum that seamlessly integrates Christian faith, the arts, athletics, and service. This philosophy instills teens with the confidence they need to thrive in college and transform the world for Jesus Christ. Following the presentation will be a short tour and Q&A with current MS/HS students.
Prospective parents are invited to visit preschool classrooms, meet the teachers, and learn more about our Early Learners Preschool program.
During this visit, prospective parents will see class in action, meet our kindergarten teachers and other prospective families, and learn what sets LCS apart.
We invite you to visit and experience Lansing Christian School for yourself.
Student Visit Days provide an excellent opportunity for a prospective student to get a feel for what a typical day will look like at the school with the ease of a current LCS student. These visit days are held on Tuesdays to allow visiting students the opportunity to experience a Chapel. We intentionally limit participants for this day so that every guest is able to make a personal connection at the school.

During your visit to Lansing Christian, you will be warmly welcomed by our Director of Admissions, Head of School, Principals, and teachers. The Director of Admissions will give you a brief overview of LCS and how our school provides students with strong academic and spiritual foundations.

At LCS, we know how important it is for you to make the right choice in your child’s education. We want to ensure that your campus visit to our school provides clarity in your decision. Here are some of the common questions parents ask about campus visits:
Will My Tour Be Private?
Your family is welcome to schedule a private tour of our campus. In addition, we have a “First Look Friday” every month on Friday, which will be offered from January to May. First Look Friday is an open house during the school day. Prospective families will meet current parents, tour the facility, and experience firsthand how LCS helps students develop a way of seeing and understanding God’s world from a Biblical worldview. Starting in November, families will be able to sign up for First Look Friday.
How Can I Schedule a Tour?

What Will I Need to Prepare for the Tour?
We encourage parents to prepare a list of questions and bring them with you for your visit. Other than that, there’s nothing you need to prepare!
