My Life – God’s Story

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10

My Life – God’s Story was chosen as our theme for 2019-20. We began this school year by communicating to our PreK-12 students that God uniquely designed each one of them to be active participants in His world and in His unfolding story. In fact, God set His story in motion with each of us in mind, inviting us to join with Him as He moves to bring restoration to everything in our world.

Living in a global pandemic and being active participants in bringing restoration to our world and to the people around us can bring meaning and purpose to our everyday living and learning. Let’s work together to help our children and young people see opportunities to be active participants that contribute gestures of appreciation and generosity, compassion, empathy, grace and love to a world that desperately needs it.

The mission of Christian education compels us to give learning purpose and meaning in the context of God’s work of redemption and restoration in our world. Through our partnership with families, our 540 PreK-12 students are being shaped and they are being formed to understand that they have a unique role to play in God’s unfolding story.
