Hailey – 6th Grade

What is your current grade?
I am in 6th grade and I joined LCS at the start of preschool.

Are you involved in any sports at LCS? 
Every year, I join my grades’ basketball team, I play soccer in the fall, and this spring I am playing volleyball.

What do you like about LCS?
I love everything. This school is wonderful! The teachers are all AMAZING, helpful, kind, and so much more. 

What is your favorite subject in school?
Physical education.

How do your teachers show they care about you?
They give us compliments on our work, they give us jolly ranchers sometimes, they’re helpful, they celebrate our birthdays, and so much more!

What is an area you’ve grown in at LCS?
I’ve learned about and what the metric system is in science. Throughout the whole time I’ve been here, I’ve learned that God is always watching over us, He sent His Son down to save us, about the whole Bible timeline, and more! Also, I think the school does a FANTASTIC job at helping students through their spiritual journey and teaching them about God.

Why should students come here for school?
The best thing about Lansing Christian School is that we are a Christian school, and it feels like we are all a family here. I love that every Tuesday and Friday we all gather in the big gym to worship God. Kids should come here because this school is fun, kind, helpful, worshipful, and everything else I said!
