2008-09 Tuition
Tuition rates reflect the actual cost of education including class dues, class fees, preschool through 8th grade field trips and building fees.
Preschool for 3's, 2 half days per week = $815
Preschool for 4's and 5's, 3 half days per week = $1,050.00
Kindergarten Every Other Day = $3,256
Kindergarten Every Day & Grades 1-5 = $5,426
Grades 6-8 = $6,333
Grades 9-12 = $7,020
Additional Fees
- Application Fee: $50.00 per new student covers the cost of processing and testing
- International Student Fee: $1,500 per international student

Multi Child Grant
The Multi Child Grant is available for families with 2 or more children attending LCS full-time, including Kindergarten Every Other Day (KEOD).
- 1 Full Time Student & 1 KEOD Student = $800 Grant
- 2 Full Time Students & 1 KEOD Student = $2,100 Grant
- 3 Full Time Students & 1 KEOD Student = $4,500 Grant
- 2 Full Time Students = $1,300 Grant
- 3 Full Time Students = $3,700 Grant
- 4 Full Time Students = $6,000 Grant
Referral and Staff/Faculty Discounts
- Referral Discount: If you refer a family to Lansing Christian and they enroll a full-time student (this would exclude preschool and part-time kindergarten), you will receive a 10% discount on your oldest child's tuition for one year beginning when the new family has been at LCS for a full semester.
- LCS Faculty and Staff Discount: Those who work full-time at LCS receive a 40% tuition discount.
Scholarships
- Annual Tuition Assistance Scholarships: Tuition Scholarships are available for families who are committed to Christian education and are in need of financial assistance to attend or continue at Lansing Christian. The FACTS Management Grant and Aid Application is available online at www.factstuitionaid.com or paper copies are available in the LCS Main Office. In the case of severe financial hardship or emergency contact the Main Office promptly.
- Ministry Scholarship: Ministry Scholarships are available for families in which one or both guardians are ordained and in ministry full-time. This scholarship provides a 20% tuition discount. To use this scholarship, complete the Ministry Scholarship Applications available in the LCS Main Office.
Tuition Payment Options
- Annual Payment: 2% discount off total amount if received by July 1. Optional payment methods include: Automatic Bank Payment (ACH), Credit Card (2.5% convenience fee), or Personal Check.
- Semi-Annual Payment: Optional payment methods include: Credit Card (2.5% convenience fee), or Automatic Bank Payment (ACH).
- Monthly Payment Plan: Optional payment methods include: Credit Card (2.5% convenience fee), or Automatic Bank Payment (ACH). Your payments will begin in July, August or September depending on whether you choose a plan based on 12, 11 or 10 months, respectively.
